The machines we use here are designed for industrial grade production.
Typical hobbyist machines cost between $2,000 and $5,000, whereas the machines we use here are on average $200,000+ and up.
Our machines have a significantly tighter tolerances, greater reliability and speed, and larger build size. We are able to print in a wide variety of engineering thermoplastics, from ABS to ULTEM - materials certified for end-use aerospace manufacturing.
We reliably provide the industry's best tolerances for 3D printing, with tolerances of ± .127 mm (± .005 in.) or ± .0015 mm/mm (± .0015 in/in), whichever is greater).

All parts are manufactured in North America at one of three manufacturing facilities located on both the west and east coast.
Price calculations for 3D printed parts depend on a number of factors. A significant portion of the cost for parts is based upon run time, bounding box & which printer the part is run on. Typically larger parts above 16 inches have slightly higher run time costs associated. To a lesser extent, the price is also based upon support and build orientation with the third factor being complexity and cleaning time.

We work with a wide variety of confidential and proprietary information from a wide range of small & big name clients alike every day. You always own your data, and we only use it to estimate, fabricate, and review customer-specific projects. Your customer data and part files are not shared outside of our services. The server and network where data is stored is isolated by a firewall and only authorized staff have access to it.
We offer a mutual NDA that can be signed by both parties. If you would like us to sign an NDA provided to us, we will need to review it first, which can take several days.
